An intensely deep sweet whisky with notes of raisins and dried fruits, earthy oxidized notes from the old casks, and a deliciously oily mouthfeel and warmth.

Released after the Online Release Tasting on May 31, 2024.

PX - A sweet, intense sherrycask aged whisky at Cask Strengh

To make “PX” we have hand-picked three extra intense Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads and paired them with a part of a larger PX sherry butt with beechwood smoke to complete this composition for this deep sweet and complex whisky with sweet aromas of raisins, brown sugar, earthiness and a rich oily mouth feel with a hint of warming beechwood smoke.
This whisky is bottled at cask strength for the full unfiltered whisky experience.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC

This whisky is made from 100% certified organic grains grown on our estate, Gyrup. Both the farm and the distillery are certified organic to ensure pure drinking water and good animal welfare.

Intense and old PX sherry casks

Some of the sherry casks in our warehouse stand out from the others. They give of more raisin sweetness and old earthy complexity to the whisky from decades of maturing sherry in Jerez, Spain.
