Elegant single cask bottling of bourbon-aged "BØG"

Lightly smoked single malt whisky aged for nearly six years in a single bourbon quarter cask. A refined bottling of our signature whisky 'Bøg,' where the malted and subtly smoked new make melds beautifully with notes of coconut, toasted oak, and vanilla from the bourbon cask, maturing into flavors of acacia honey and juicy light fruits.

Beechwood smoke

Smoking the malt for whisky is a powerful flavor enhancer. In the style of traditional Danish smokehouses, we primarily use beechwood instead of peat. Beechwood is a more sustainable source of smoke. But it also delivers a warm, sweet, charcoal-like, and rich smoke that we've come to love.
