Thy Whisky Distillery is a family-owned single estate and organic distillery in Thy nestled between the North Sea and the Limfjord. This festival bottling for 2023 was distilled from our odyssey barley and aged on a single Palo Cotado octave. It is vinous and rich with aromas of cherries, nuts, forest fruits and cinnemon bisquits.
